General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of all products and services in the Seller's e-shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.2. By placing an order, a purchase agreement is established between the Seller and the Customer in accordance with the relevant laws of the Slovak Republic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.3. The Customer submits the order via an electronic form. The order becomes binding upon confirmation by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Goods, Courses, and Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2.1. Subject of the Agreement: The Seller offers Physical Goods (clothing, books, focus mitts, protective gear) and Services (courses, training, digital content).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.2. Prices: All prices listed on the website are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment Methods and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.1. Payment Methods: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Payment by bank transfer: Instructions, including the variable symbol (order number), will be sent to the Customer in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Online card payment: Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway. Card payment via WOO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the shipment (Available only for orders of physical goods).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.2. Delivery of Physical Goods: The Seller offers the following delivery methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Packeta \u2013 Z-BOX (Automated Parcel Locker)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Courier Service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* The shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.3. Delivery of Course\/Service (Digital Content):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Upon successful payment, the Customer will be contacted by the Seller within 48 hours to arrange a specific course date, or will be sent access to the online content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Withdrawal from the Agreement (Returns)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days is assessed differently depending on the type of product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. Physical Goods (T-shirts, Books, Protective Gear): The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must not be damaged. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Courses with a fixed\/agreed date: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of concluding the agreement, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. Digital Content (Online courses with immediate access): If access to digital content is provided to the Customer immediately upon payment and the Customer has expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiration of the 14-day period, they lose the right to withdraw from the agreement (Section 7, Paragraph 6 of Act No. 102\/2014 Coll.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.4. Refund: In the event of a valid withdrawal from the agreement, the funds will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Complaints and Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. Physical Goods: The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months (this does not apply to damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. Courses\/Services: The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the service is provided in the promised quality and scope (e.g., functionality of online access). If a defect occurs in the provision of the service, the Customer has the right to its immediate rectification (e.g., repair of access, an alternative date).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. When filing a complaint for physical goods, they must be sent to the address of the Seller\u2019s registered office: Bojnick\u00e1 16, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.4. The complaint will be processed within 30 days of its receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Personal Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. The Customer's personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and Act No. 18\/2018 Coll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. A detailed description of personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3.
