Orders of courses and services (WooCommerce)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating an order (registering for a course, purchasing digital content), we process the data necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Identification and Billing Data:<\/strong> first name, last name, billing address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Contact Details:<\/strong> email address, phone number (necessary for scheduling the course).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Transaction Details:<\/strong> cart contents, order amount, payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>B. Payment Processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Bank Transfer Payment (BACS):<\/strong> We process your data (first name, last name, amount) to match the payment in our banking system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Card \/ Online Payments:<\/strong> Payment data (card number, CVC) is processed directly by an external payment gateway (e.g., <strong>Stripe, PayPal, Woo<\/strong>).
