A. Orders of courses and services (WooCommerce)

When creating an order (registering for a course, purchasing digital content), we process the data necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract:

  • Identification and Billing Data: first name, last name, billing address.
  • Contact Details: email address, phone number (necessary for scheduling the course).
  • Transaction Details: cart contents, order amount, payment method.

B. Payment Processing

  • Bank Transfer Payment (BACS): We process your data (first name, last name, amount) to match the payment in our banking system.
  • Card / Online Payments: Payment data (card number, CVC) is processed directly by an external payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Woo). We do not have access to this sensitive data. We only receive confirmation of a successful payment.

C. Comments

If a visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor's IP address, and the browser’s User-Agent string for spam protection. Your email address may be verified through the Gravatar service (more info: https://automattic.com/privacy/).

D. Contact Form / Direct Email Communication

If you contact us via email or the contact form, we will process the data you provide voluntarily (name, email, message content) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

  • Comments and metadata: Permanently, unless they are deleted at your request.
  • Customer account data: Until the account is deleted by the user.
